INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES

Due to the entry into force of the relevant amendment to the "Information Society Services Act" (LSSICE) established by Royal Decree 13/2012, it is mandatory to obtain the express consent of the user of all websites that use non-essential cookies before browsing them.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies and other similar technologies, such as local shared objects, flash cookies, or pixels, are tools used by web servers to store and retrieve information about their visitors, as well as to ensure the proper functioning of the site.

The use of these devices allows the web server to remember certain data about the user, such as their preferences for viewing pages on this server, their username and password, the products they are most interested in, etc.

COOKIES AFFECTED BY THE REGULATIONS AND EXEMPT COOKIES

According to the EU directive, the cookies that require informed consent from the user are analytics cookies, advertising cookies, and affiliation cookies. Technical cookies and those necessary for the operation of the website or the provision of services expressly requested by the user are exempt.

WHAT TYPES OF COOKIES ARE THERE?

Regarding the types of cookies, there are five main groups:

Affiliate cookies: These allow tracking of visits from other websites with which the website has an affiliation contract (affiliate companies).

COOKIES WE USE ON OUR WEBSITE

PHPSESSID: Technical and strictly necessary cookie containing the session identifier. It is deleted when you close your browser.
_lang: Technical and strictly necessary cookie containing the session language. It is deleted when you close your browser.
ac_cookies: Technical and strictly necessary cookie containing the value of whether you have accepted the installation of cookies. It expires 1 year after the last update.
_ga: Google Analytics Universal cookie that enables the unique visit control function. The first time a user enters the website through a browser, this cookie will be installed. When this user enters the website again with the same browser, the cookie will be considered the same user. Only if the user changes browsers will it be considered a different user. It expires 2 years after the last update.
_gat: This cookie is associated with Google Analytics Universal. It is used to limit the request rate - limiting data collection on high-traffic sites. Expires after 10 minutes.
_dc_gtm_property-id: This is the same as _gat, but Google Analytics has been implemented using Google Tag Manager.
_utma: Google Analytics cookie that records the date of the first and last time the user visited the website. Expires 2 years after the last update.
_utmb: Google Analytics cookie that records the time of arrival at the website. Expires 30 minutes after the last update.
_utmc: Google Analytics cookie used for interoperability with the urchin.js tracking code. It is deleted when the browser is closed.
_utmt: Google Analytics cookie used to process the type of request made by the user. Expires at the end of the session.
_utmv: Google Analytics cookie used to segment demographic data. Expires at the end of the session.
_utmz: Google Analytics cookie that stores the traffic source or a campaign to explain how the user reached the website. Expires 6 months after the last update.
presence act c_user s xs DATRI Lu: Facebook cookies used when there is a Facebook integration on the website. When sharing website content on Facebook. Also to facilitate login via Facebook. The presence and act cookies are valid until the end of the session. The s, c_user, and xs cookies expire after 30 days. The DATRI and Lu cookies expire after 2 years.
fr: Facebook cookie. Used to display the "Like" button and show the number of followers. This cookie expires after 30 days.
